When are you open?
Yes, we are open Sunday through Thursday, 9:00 am to 10:00 pm and close at 11:00 on Friday and Saturdays. The bakery is open for pick-up and dine-in service. For further details, please give us a call.

You can place a catering or cake order by calling the bakery at (210) 982-3231. Orders must be placed with a 48 hour notice.

Our house cakes are round cakes available in 6", 8", and 10". We also have two-tier cakes, half sheet and full sheets with a 48 hour notice.

What methods of payments do you accept?
We accept all major US credit cards, cash, and mobile tap payment.
Can I place my order in one location and pick up at a sister location?
Our system does not currently allow for this - please pick up at the bakery you specified at the time you ordered.
Are you currently offering catering?
Our bakeries offer family-sized portions of our popular sweets, pizzas, and salads for gatherings and celebrations with 48 hours advance notice through preorder only. Additionally, we're preparing to launch a separate online service exclusively for office and corporate catering. This new offering will feature a tailored menu designed specifically for office celebrations, meetings, and conferences. Please give us a call for more information.
Are you currently offering custom or wedding cakes?
Our Wedding/Custom Cakes come exclusively from our Wurzbach location. Speak with a manager on duty to ensure details and request are met. To inquire, email us at baklovah@gopasha.com.
Please allow 3 business days for a response. We are currently accepting a limited amount of Wedding/Custom Cake orders and requiring a minimum of three business days advanced notice. We look forward to celebrating with you!

How should I store my cake once I get home?
We recommend that cakes are kept tightly sealed in the refrigerator until enjoyed and stored for no more than 24 hours.

Do you have any gluten free items?
Unfortunately, we are not able to label anything as “Gluten-Free” (due to the nature of the baking process there is gluten present in the air). However our sorbet and macaroons are made without gluten.

Which of your items contain gelatin?
The items that contain gelatin are made up of the following but not limited to our mousses. When baking and cooking, we use beef gelatin.
